I've been here several times. The hospitality is top-notch, the staff are friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is absolutely top-notch, and the rooms smell great. The breakfast is comprehensive and offers plenty of options. The facilities are excellent, no question. It's close to the mall; you can walk to the mall right away. It's a great hotel for a family staycation in Bandung. Highly recommended. My kids really enjoyed staying here, so they come back often.

Super quick check-in process, room’s comfortable, great amenities! Breakfast is also enjoyable. Masjid is located right outside the hotel, and Trans Mall is also next door, so very convenient for a quick stroll! Recommended to stay here again.

It's the best... if you want a staycation that just requires a trip to the mall, this is the best option. The room is super comfy, and the kids love soaking in the bathtub. The swimming pool is top-notch, truly kid-friendly.
