The room was spacious enough for 3 adults. The toilet was clean. The staffs were friendly & helpful. Special service which I never experienced before, they wash the guests' cars every night. They also provide complementary french fries & keychain.

The location was easy to find, and the staff were all friendly. It turned out our motorcycle was washed that night. The room was spacious, fragrant, and comfortable. The only thing lacking was the cleanliness of the bathroom, but it was still okay.

It's a great stay here, in the deluxe room. Positives: - Affordable price, luxurious quality for a 3-star hotel. - New children's pool. - Hot water runs smoothly and there's no standing water. - The AC is cold, no need for 16; 25 is enough. - The room is fully carpeted. - The room is divided into two, so the kids can rest and play without interruption. - The YouTube channel runs smoothly without lag, making it a delight for the kids. - Close access and plenty of merchandise outside the hotel. - The car was washed and a keychain with the guest's name was included. Negatives: - The pillows are too hard, not soft. Luckily, there are small ones, so 8 pillows are available on the two beds. - The Wi-Fi on my phone isn't very fast, perhaps because they're focused on the YouTube channel. Data is still available. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here. The reason this hotel is always fully booked is because the service and service are excellent. I booked on the app and got a rating above 9 out of thousands of reviews. Keep it up and improve so people will come back.

The hotel is very comfortable. It's right in the Cisarua market. It's close to everything. The rooms are also very comfortable, and the service is very friendly. I'll probably stay here again in the future.

(+) The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy. It had a smart TV and hot water, and the staff was friendly. The entrance was quite far from the main road, but it was still plenty of room for a car, and the parking lot was spacious. There were also food stalls and eateries around the hotel, but I ordered food at the hotel. The restaurant food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The car was thoroughly washed, but unfortunately, when I was there (September 5-6), it was covered in volcanic ash. The staff cleaned it several times, but it was still dusty. 🥲 (-) The downside was that I use Smartfren and Tsel, and the signal was a bit weak in the room. The TV room was decent, but their Wi-Fi was also good. It could be an option if you want to stay in Puncak again. 😁

In my opinion, Hotel Amarsya is truly special and perfect. The rooms smell great, the restaurant menu is delicious, and the staff are all friendly without exception. They even give us a free car wash. It's no wonder it's always full; this hotel is perfect for all kinds of events. I wish the owner and management continued health and success. We feel you serve us wholeheartedly.

Wow, the hotel owner seems to be giving charity. It's a cheap hotel with two beds, one large and one small. The room is clean, and the staff is nice. Usually, hotels costing around Rp. 300,000 have dirty beds and poorly maintained rooms. This one is even better: clean, has two beds, the car is washed, the room is large, comfortable for bringing children, they can play in the room, there are prayer mats, and the Wi-Fi is working. It seems like the hotel owner is giving charity.
