The location is quiet but not far from the main road.... The service is good... you get welcome snacks and souvenirs, and even your vehicle is given a cover to protect it from the rain.. the amenities are standard... there are many people selling things around the hotel and it is close to tourist attractions.. in short, it is recommended to stay here...

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is delicious, any problems are immediately addressed, the vehicle is washed, there's a smart TV with Netflix, a water heater, plus a welcome drink and snacks. Overall, it's great. Just a note: driving requires extra patience due to the narrow roads.

Thank you, the service, facilities, and cleanliness are really satisfying 🙏 Amarsya Hotel Puncak is one of the hotels that has developed quite rapidly, the upgrades are also really felt, slowly getting better. However, with that progress, there are some things that have “changed”, such as the amount of coffee and tea provided. Then the pancong and mendoan snacks are now replaced with dracin potatoes hehe. But overall it's still okay, still delicious to enjoy. Everything is still recommended 👍 I will also recommend this hotel to relatives, friends, and relations. Just a little suggestion, maybe in the future the TV broadcast can be more complete, because if you stay more than 1 night it's a bit boring if you watch Netflix all the time. So far, so good
