the staff offer me tea n coffee sachet, but no heater in the room then i asked why there is no heater in my room, they said not all room have it and the AC is not good, its like the remote control not working the way i want it

Stay for family gathering. The room is okay, clean, and big. Clean and comfort.

The owner is a bad people. Because when I call him for late check in he hang up the phone

The room was clean and the AC is working good, but we cannot adjust the temperature, it is too cold for us. The smell of the bathroom isn't really good. Last, for the breakfast, if the hotel management set the breakfast at 7 AM, the food must be ready at 7 AM unless we are not paid for the breakfast. Management should make an improvement for the breakfast time setting and consider to start early since guests have various activities.

The room smells bad, and the bedsheet are dirty. The lighting is low. Surrounding are goods, near by city and the easy to get meal anytime. Many stall open almost 24h
