I really enjoy staying at this beautiful hotel when I spend short holiday with my family. Outstanding customer service from the staff who are always willing to go beyond and above to make your stay a memorable one. They are friendly, warm and engaging. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent as it is in the heart of Balikpapan. A short walk to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommended

It's located near shopping malls. good for staycation on the weekend. good food. nice staffs. nice room. good for family with babies because it's quiet here

The staff was friendly and helpful, I was check out early in the morning and I find 1 guy was in the reception, he was helping me a lot with the transportation to go to airport. the room was good and not so much noise so was perfect to had a good rest for those who has long trip

Lokasi strategis di pusat kota, lingkungan nyaman terkesan private, staf ramah, respons cepat, kemarin kami 5 malam di sini kamar luas, ada balkon, kamar selalu dibersihkan setiap hari, pasti akan selalu balik dan balik lagi untuk menginap di sini
