The staff are very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very fast. The room is very large and clean. My 5 days in KL were very comfortable. Bukit Bintang and Alor are very close, and finding food is very easy. The gym and pool facilities are excellent. I will definitely come back to stay here again. 👍❤️

I stayed on the 39th-4th floor. So far the most comfortable place to stay here while in Malaysia. Went with my parents, they were comfortable and recommended it to the family. Close to everywhere, whether you take public transportation or Grabcar, it's safe. Close to McD, minimarkets and you must try the durian at Fruitastic KL City Walk, the staff is honest, the taste is the best, sweet, fresh. If I go to KL again, I will definitely stay here. 🥰

At night, there's a night market along Kampung Baru, providing plenty of food options. There's also a swimming pool with a view of the Twin Towers. Totally 5 star service. We arrived in the middle of the night and the team arranged late self check in for us free of charge. The instructions as to how to check in were comprehensive and easy to follow—even a little video showing it all! The room was beautifully clean and super comfortable. Amazing hot shower, comfy bed and pillows. Lovely staff including the security staff. Gorgeous pool and gym, and right across the road from Gleneagles Hospital. I would happily stay here again.
