Staying at Platinum Suites KLCC Bukit Bintang was a great experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, making it ideal for a family stay. The location is excellent, close to KLCC and Bukit Bintang, with a beautiful city view. The facilities are well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place is new, very comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The facilities are extremely complete—from a washing machine, mini kitchen, and full cutlery, to laundry detergent and dishwashing soap, all thoughtfully provided. Bathroom amenities such as body soap and hand soap are also available. The Wi-Fi connection is very fast, which made our stay even more convenient. Insya Allah, if we visit again in the future, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The staff are very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very fast. The room is very large and clean. My 5 days in KL were very comfortable. Bukit Bintang and Alor are very close, and finding food is very easy. The gym and pool facilities are excellent. I will definitely come back to stay here again. 👍❤️

At night, there's a night market along Kampung Baru, providing plenty of food options. There's also a swimming pool with a view of the Twin Towers. Totally 5 star service. We arrived in the middle of the night and the team arranged late self check in for us free of charge. The instructions as to how to check in were comprehensive and easy to follow—even a little video showing it all! The room was beautifully clean and super comfortable. Amazing hot shower, comfy bed and pillows. Lovely staff including the security staff. Gorgeous pool and gym, and right across the road from Gleneagles Hospital. I would happily stay here again.
