Great room and facilities! The staff are also helpful. It's a relatively new building so it's super clean. The apartment/room I booked had a washing machine, big fridge, microwave, stove (with kitchen and eating equipment), fast Wi-Fi, and amenities. The lobby allowed us to store luggage after check-out, so it was very convenient.

The room is quite spacious, quite clean, the view is really nice, access to Alor is easy, just cross the road. What we liked most was that access doesn't require a key, just use the barcode 👍. Security is also safe. The kids really liked the swimming pool, the water is clean, spacious, and the view is beautiful. Everything was okay and fun.

No need to hesitate to choose this hotel for a long stay Oasia the best choice. 1. Affordable price (relatively cheap) 2. Large room size, happy children can run here and there, play hide and seek etc. 3. Soap, shampoo, laundry soap, sandals, tea, coffee, stove etc. are available very complete. Every day the room is cleaned. 4. Walk to the Syrian mall everywhere is close. 5. Although the location is at the corner and the road is a bit uphill, it doesn't matter because the hotel is not disappointing. 6. In front of the hotel there is a local shop. On the right side there is another hotel building which has a seven eleven inside. Anyway, you won't lose. Please try. Happy Holiday

Everything is amazing. The room is nice, the view from the balcony is also nice, and the overall experience was pleasing. Will stay here again next I'm in KL. You can find coffee shops and bars nearby, everywhere is walkable, and actually the place is pretty strategic with the price. You can find Nasi Kari Kepala Ikan Jalan Pudu, VCR, and GMBB!

I stayed at Upstairs Downstairs Bukit Bintang from 14–15 July 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The self check-in and check-out process was simple and hassle-free. The hostel offers great facilities, including a lift, a shared kitchen, a comfortable communal area, and free use of the washing machine and dryer. There is also a rooftop area where guests can relax, which is a nice bonus. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Jalan Alor, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and everything you might need nearby. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose to stay here again whenever I visit Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended, and thank you for the great hospitality!
