Great hotel. The staff proactively offered free early check-in as we had a 3-year-old toddler with us. The room is spacious and clean. Right below the hotel, there's access to food, a convenience store, etc. This is a great hotel.

The front desk staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were also friendly. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the room amenities were complete, even a hairdryer was provided. Thank you 🙏☺️

The hotel's location is very strategic because it is right in front of Jalan Bukit Bintang, next to the hotel there is the Hock Kee restaurant which is currently viral and the MRT and bus stop are just a few steps from the hotel.

Stayed here for a short trip and was blown away! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfy bed, and great views of the city. The breakfast buffet was great - loved the local dishes 🍜. Would totally stay again!

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to all shopping centers, culinary, and transportation. 👍🏻 Room 703's city view is really great. To Jalan Alor, Hainan Che Meng, Mon Chinese Beef, through the side alley of the hotel is very close. To the train station is also close.

I highly recommend this hotel if you're vacationing in Kuala Lumpur, especially alone. It's right next to McD Bukit Bintang and has been renovated and is now much larger. After shopping, I drop off my purchases at the hotel because it's so close, allowing me to rest for a while before continuing my itinerary or simply refill my water bottle. Food is plentiful around the hotel, and of course, you won't have to spend too much money on GrabFood, as it's close to MRT and LRT stations.
