One of the best hotels I stayed in Kuala Lumpur. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and they’re was so friendly. The room was so comfy and clean, the bathroom as well. It was a great experience with my family on our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. We stayed for two nights. The staff were cooperative and responded promptly to any complaints. The location is convenient, with easy access to the Petronas Twin Towers and Pudu Sentral bus terminal. We had a wonderful time!

The staff was helpful since we arrived at 2 am in the morning , they immediately process my booking and explained it clearly in a short time, and didnt ask many questions, they maybe knew we've already so tired for the trip and need to be in our room immediately. And also the hotel is located just in the back of Sungei Wang Mall. Near to everything , a bit quiet than the other area in Bukit Bintang, I like it. I will go to this hotel again if I visit KL again.

Definitely will stay again if I went to KL. Best location, best staff, and best price. Monorel station and big mall just 5 minutes away by walk. The room is big and clean, and they provide hot water. Breakfast is good although not many choices. Their sambal was the best i’ve ever try in KL, I really need the recipe. And you can refill your tumblr for free. But no slippers in bedroom, no refrigerator, and no toothbrush in bathroom. And there’s construction working in front of the hotel. But it didn’t bother me at all because their facilities in hotel was so good. I will recommend this hotel to my friends, definitely!

I had a pleasant stay at Capitol Hotel Bukit Bintang, KL. The location is unbeatable—just steps from famous spots like Restoran Chee Meng, Alor Street, and the vibrant city buzz. The room and bathroom were impressively clean and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat after a full day exploring. While the bed wasn’t the softest and the TV wasn’t a smart one, neither impacted our stay—we spent most of our time out discovering Malaysia’s incredible cityscape. Great value and convenience!

Hotel is just in front of Alor Street making it an easy access for food and close to malls. Room is quite spacious and clean. Facilities works well. The only minus is air conditioner could not be adjusted. Enjoyable stay anyway.
