The staff was so accommodating, understanding, and polite. They let us change the room when we wanted to change for a few reasons. The process to apply to extend our stay was also easy. Tersedia juga fasilitas untuk menaruh luggage sebelum waktu check-in diperbolehkan. Lokasi yang gampang dicari karena dekat dengan Crowne Plaza, tempat makan, ada Bila-Bila Mart juga.
