Apartment in Hang Ma Ward

Good sleep, good staff, good food.

Great location. Not too crowded area in the old quarter but close to everything and everywhere. The room, bed, and bathroom are clean although it is not spacious.

The real name is not"Hanoi Backpacker Suite Hostel", luckyly I found it with address on app. And they don't have enough convenient for customer like clothes hanger, shower gel, shampoo, use Towels are torn.

Shower so weak, noisy from next room till 3am, simple breakfast, good thinks is location and friendly staff.

From the staff, location, to the quality of service is very good, the hotel is great. Will come back on future trips

Khách sạn 4 sao nhưng chất lượng phục vụ tôi nghĩ cao hơn 5 sao. Phòng cũng rất OK, giường khá êm, vợ tôi bị khó ngủ nhưng tới đây vợ ngủ rất ngon. Quay lại đây ư? Đương nhiên rồi

We had a wonderful stay here. + The room is clean. + Nice service/staff. + Great location. - Room is quite small but cozy. - No chairs in the hotel room. We forgot our ID at the hotel but the receptionist was willing to send it to HCMC for us without any fee. Will definitely stay here next time.

Recommended hotel in Hanoi. Everything was great 🥰 and wonderful.

this accommodation is very great for family trip, it has family room and it's really huge room with complete facility inside the room. near to everywhere, friendly staffs, just have to improve the breakfast...
