We are 2 female best friend choose this hotel because of an incident. We just choose this hotel based on the review, location and room with the window and city view is a must. We don't expect too much since the price is very affordable or cheap for the location in downtown of Kuala Lumpur. But, when we arrived, the Receptionist is very friendly. The service is very fast. And we got orange fruits as welcoming fruit. So touchy. The lobby is small but useful with nice sofa and drink vending machine. We took room only without breakfast. When we arrived in the room, we surprised since we had big room, with wide window and wide mirror on the dressing table. Enough for two of us to prepare our make up at the same time, since we have to attend a wedding on the next day. With the wide window, makes the room is bright. And in the night we can see the light of the city and twin towers. So nice !!! The bed is very comfortable. We slept like a baby because of the comforting the mantras. The bathroom just standard with the glass wall for shower. The water running so well. The location is not in the main road, but its very near to LRT station Tengku Medanku. And Quill Aeon City Mall. Small but nice and complete Mall. We loved to shop at the aeon supermarket there. Since we didn't pay for breakfast, in the morning we walk just in the corner there is a lady who sell Malay breakfast menu such as Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Dagang, rendang etc. The taste is delicious. And in the afternoon just beside the hotel there are 3 coffee shop and Indian restaurants. The price is ok and the taste is good. But what make us most happy and satisfied with this hotel, that we felt and found this hotel still applied the values of hotel service as in the past. We stayed in this hotel for three nights. And we felt its very hard to go. Definitely, we will recommend this hotel to our colleagues, friends and relatives who come to Kuala Lumpur. Thank you Hotel Prescott, its very nice experience to stay with you. We'll be back, for sure!!!

I think this hotel is a suitable hotel at an average price for a business trip. It is very near the Nu Sentral Shopping mall, which is very convenient for me while I do not have so much free time to go to the further shopping center places. A very clean, practical hotel. Starbucks is right at ground floor. Price is value for money. Location very good and convenient right beside Pavillion Mall. I was happy I chose this hotel based on the reviews. Wasn't disappointed at all. Service was good, the room was big (premier comfort twin), food was good. Breakfast was beside their pool and the pool was a good size. The view was not so much because it was blocked by other tall buildings but location is good enough. I will definitely stay again. Parking is free. Just use touch and go card and get it validated for free exit by front desk. Will definitely stay here again next Kuala Lumpur trip. ๐๐ป.

I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The service was amazing and the staff also. The room is very clean. The most important is the aircon very cool and the bathroom very clean. The location very near the food places. But the location quite far from pavilion if by walk. Suggest you to use grab to go to pavilion or suria KLCC. But overall, iโm very satisfied staying at Hotel Pudu Plaza and very recommended!

It was a great experience with my family on our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. We stayed for two nights. The staff were cooperative and responded promptly to any complaints. The location is convenient, with easy access to the Petronas Twin Towers and Pudu Sentral bus terminal. We had a wonderful time!

This hotel boasts an excellent prime locationโjust a walking distance to multiple malls and surrounded by highly recommended food spots in Kuala Lumpur. From breakfast to supper, the dining options nearby are so good that I never bothered with the hotel breakfast during my stay!
The service was exceptionally friendly, and taxi pick-up access was very convenient. Most importantly, the price is surprisingly budget-friendly for the Bukit Bintang area.
Highly recommended for both business travelers and tourists looking for great value in a prime spot!

The receptionist gave me the room early, that's great, thank you so much.
The location is superb in Bukit Bintang, very close to Alor street, Pavilion, monorel station, MRT, foods, etc. Mon Chinese Bread is just in front of the hotel. There's live music near the hotel at night.
The room was great, spacious, clean, quiet, with complete amenities and a hairdryer too. There's an iron in the corner.
There's "nasi lemak Alor corner" in the morning in front of the hotel.

The best hotel in KL for me. Location was superb. Short walking distance to TRX, Pavilion. Many restaurants, minimarket nearby.
Price was reasonable, good value for money.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was doing a very good job. Toilet and bathroom were very clean. Amenities were complete.
Sleeping Lion would be my hotel whenever I visit KL in the future! I recommended this hotel for everyone!

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff also friendly. Location is very strategic. In front of hotel is jalan alor street food so if you hungry, you just out of hotel and can found many restaurant and street food. Just 5 minutes by walk if you want to go to pavilion. Recommended hotel.
