I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It provides great value for money considering its prime location near Pasar Seni Station Hub (LRT/MRT/Bus Hub), which gives you easy access to everywhere in KL. Unlike the noisy Bukit Bintang area, the vibe here is quiet and very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The surrounding area is a foodie's paradise; you're surrounded by aesthetic cafes and legendary culinary spots. It's the perfect blend of old-school charm and modern convenience. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Hotel is very near to the MRT, Central Market, Petaling Street, and other beautiful areas. The service was friendly. Staff are very welcoming and provided accurate information. We were allowed to check in early. When we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage while we continued exploring the surrounding area. Security guards are nice and helpful. The room was comfortable.

The hotel is opposite the Pasar Seni MRT Station, heading to the Hotel from KLIA Airport is also very easy, just by bus paying 12 Ringit / person going to Kl Central, from our central KL Rise to LRT only 1.9 Ringgit / person to Sasi Pasar Seni, (only 1 dation only) until the Art Market just crosses to his hotel. If you want to take a bus near the station from the Hotel. If you want to take a free bus around Kuala Lumpur just to go on the GO KL bus, we can take the GO KL bus to your heart's content from morning, afternoon, evening, to your heart's content without paying at all. Breakfast at the hotel is ok, for those who are usually cold, this hotel is very cold, (even if we sleep with jackets), there are lots of places to eat around, a very pleasant hotel and ok and great

The 2nd time staying at The 5 Elements Hotel, easy transportation, many culinary, spacious clean rooms, cool AC, spacious hotel lobby. Every time you go to KL, it's in The 5 Elements only

We arrived at the hostel at 9 in the morning, intending to get the bag because the check-in was at 2 noon. But the same mother who has a hostel is allowed an early check-in, because seeing friends are already tired because they run out backpackeran from Singapore. Super good anyway, the hostel is really close from the art market station, there is a free KL go bus, lots of halal food. Really recommended, thumbs up

This is our second time staying here. Absolutely happy and comfortable. Good access because the hotel is in the city center. The breakfast is good. Will surely repeat again.

The hotel location was really close to the city center including Petronas Twin Tower, Chinatown, and other tourist attractions, really easy to travel around using public transport. Besides, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating! Overall, this was a really cozy and comfortable place to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

This is my fourth time staying at Pacific Express Central Market. The location is very strategic, next to Central Market, then 100 meters away you can reach River of Live, a short walk to Dataran Merdeka, etc. City center, easy to find public transportation. In front there is also a delicious halal Muslim restaurant. Recommended to stay here

Hotel sangat bersih. Dekat ke Petaling, Central Market, My Din, Pasar Seni, Dataran Merdeka, Masjid Jamek. Setiap pagi akan ada yang jualan barang thrift di sepanjang jalan. Malam hari juga ramai yang jualan sangat cocok untuk keluarga. Bakalan balik ke hotel ini lagi. Sangat recommended. The best lah pokoknya ada air panas juga untuk yang suka ngopi, stay ngeteh di pagi hari.
