Everyone at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and very close to the center of Bukit Bintang. If I come to KL again, I'll definitely stay here again.

The staff are very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very fast. The room is very large and clean. My 5 days in KL were very comfortable. Bukit Bintang and Alor are very close, and finding food is very easy. The gym and pool facilities are excellent. I will definitely come back to stay here again. 👍❤️

My go-to hotel each time I visit KL. The location is unbeatable from Pavilion and TRX. Room is clean as always, and now they have filtered water to save plastic usage. Good job!

It’s a great hotel. Ideal location to KL and PJ. As it’s attached to a shopping mall, there are so many shops to dine in and do window shopping. Everyone is friendly and nothing is too much of trouble. We have stayed here at least 5 times. No mosquitoes and the hotel is well maintained.

Staff was very friendly. The room is clean, location was good and near TRX also Pavilion by walk (approx 10 mins). They provide a water filter to drink at the bathroom sink, which is great to refill anytime. Bathroom quite small but clean.

Comfortable hotel located in front of a mall so it's easy to get basic necessities. It is also near an LRT station so it is easy to navigate to places. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Overall, it's a good stay! Especially for family. It's suitable for kids. Kids surely will enjoy the stay. But would recommend to stay for 2 nights to fully enjoy your stay and relax. Staff are very nice and helpful. All facilities are nicely maintained.
