Staff was very friendly. The room is clean, location was good and near TRX also Pavilion by walk (approx 10 mins). They provide a water filter to drink at the bathroom sink, which is great to refill anytime. Bathroom quite small but clean.

Near to TRX, Pavilion Bukit Bintang and many more. Room and bed is clean and comfy. Staff are also very welcoming and attentive to my request. It is so good that I will come again next time.

It's not far from the city center in Bukit Bintang. It's on an alley, so it's not noisy at all, and we can sleep soundly. The room is very clean. The staff is also friendly. I'd like to stay here in the future if I come to Kuala Lumpur again.

Terrible stay. The parking area is dangerous; it forces you to park on a steep metal surface. The bath towel is so old and mouldy, containing grey spots and a big torn edge. I dared not touch it; at the end, I went to KK Mart on Jalan Alor to buy a new towel. The entrance is dirty, the wallpaper is so dirty, and there's a bad smell once you step into the lobby. I can't believe it is a hotel lobby; I thought it was a computer desk for people to browse the internet. So disappointed and regret choosing this hotel. I will never go back, even if given a free stay.

Arriving early morning and staff are very friendly in assisting us for early check-in and with our luggage. Room is smaller than expected, noises from other rooms beside us can be heard especially shower sounds which can be disturbing at times.
