The owner is very friendly and helpful. Even though it is 5 min drive to the beautiful Cenang beach. But we love the kampung chalet which come with the outdoor jacuzzi which something we don’t have in the city.

This is one of the best place I've stayed so far. The location is great with private beach and eatery place nearby. The staffs are super friendly and breeze check-in. A very ideal place to stay if you planned for a relaxing and inspirational getaway from busy lifestyle. Always fully booked. So make sure you plan ahead of booking if you do plan to come. Design of the bathroom, toilet, and basin is not at all good. Dustbins were not provided with polythene, and there was no wardrobe or almirah to keep clothings. View from the balcony was wonderful.

Delay our check in time.
We arrived at 1.50pm but only able to check in at 3.20pm due to room not ready. Even we have informed them our time for activities at 4pm, the staffs not even border.
Call to reception Request for cutlery but waiting for 1 hour still didn’t send to room. End up I walked to get it myself.

Aloft Langkawi Pantai Tengah
If you're thinking of choosing the twin rooms for 3 adults, don't do it! Choose the ones with the sofa bed instead or the ones with 3 beds instead. I made the mistake of doing so thinking that they'd provide you with an extra bed but for this particular room, you have to pay for it. Disappointment clearly showed on my face so the staff was super nice about it and gave me the extra bed with no charge. 12/10 service. I

Stay for 4 days it 's was very satisfying. Nearby to beach and Pantai Tengah & Pantai Chenang. You can walk either. There is a restaurant and the food is very delicious and fresh. Car park is provided. Staff also friendly.

The Frangipani Langkawi Resort & Spa
The breakfast selection was limited. We asked for upper room but not available. TV also not function well. Not enough amenities during our check-in, need to request. But thumbs up for customer service. Very helpful to assist us.
