Room clean and customer service very nice

Very good on service. We lost something two times one is in breakfast restaurant and my friend forgot something in the room after checking out. They call us to pick it up. We are very appreciated their careful. Next time we will book this hotel again. In addition of good location and nice view with Pearl river.

Location was strategic neat to everywhere. Just 2 MTR station from Lo Wu to Lau Jie station and you can go out from exit E.

Arrived at hotel at 09.30, and have to wait until 14.45 to get the key card.

Nice,the room was bigger than I thought. Direct access to shaibu metro station, there is kfc and mcdonalds just around the corner

Hotel it’s ok and lobby service okay good and hotel nearby Beijing Road near many shopping. I like this hotel.

Actually it’s an old 5 stars hotel which many previous leader of the world stayed here before, breakfast was superb.. very complete with various of Delicious Chinese oriental food and also International Americans an breakfast style. In the lobby they have 7 eleven that open for 24 hours, placed in front of the shenzhen’s railway station that you can go to Hong Kong or Guangzhou easily, very close to a money changer that have a good rate.. overall I feel satisfy during my stay at Best Western Premier Felicity Hotel

Nice room, good place for shopping, nearby Metro station, railway station, intercity terminal and shopping area

ZTL is old hotel, but very clean. not like others hotel near the area that we have been stay. ZTL accomodate children, so don't worry to book this hotel if you 2 adults and 2 kids. The reception very good in English. Food is very easy to find, street food or restaurant. near the metro, can use exit B2 or D.

Air Conditioner not working just wind and hot. The room also smell. The check in staff at night very rude and typical crazy people.
