The Location very closed to the Church. Also near the souvenir shop. Every Staff so friendly. Our Room liked just renovation and clean too. Recommendedfor next trip

We choose the hotel because of location and reviews. We stayed for 3 nights to visit grotto. Location is very good cause close to grotto, shops and restaurants. The room is quite satisfactory and cleaned every day, but the staff did not clean the toilet seat. Even when we entered the room for the first time. We could notify the stained in the toilet and this made us uncomfortable. One time the clean staff just opened our room to do their job, although we were in the room cause we still need more time to rest due to our travel from Paris the day before. Breakfast is standard, but the fruit could be more fresher

5 minutes walk to the Grotto.The room was clean and comfy.

Location is super, located in the main street and very close to the grotto. Staff are very kind and helpful. Room is very small with only 1 power plug.

Everything was great. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful, they even let me and my mom to check in earlier because they have available room. The only thing they need to check is perhaps just the wifi, it worked sometimes a little slowly, but still okay. I really enjoyed staying at Majestic Hotel.
