Have stayed at this bund suri several times. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and close to the clock tower and the culinary center of Bukittinggi.

Close to everywhere! Had a pleasant stay there for two nights. All front desk staff were welcoming and kind. Breakfast options were well prepared and of course delicious to my taste.

Our stay here was very comfortable, with a swimming pool suitable for both children and adults. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. Thank you, Royal Denai 🥰

It's really close to the Clock Tower, the service is super friendly, and the cleanliness is top-notch. It's amazing, and I won't regret staying here. If I go to Bukittinggi, I'll definitely book a hotel here. Thank you to the entire hotel team for their excellent service.

I am very grateful to the staff at Royal Denai View. The story is that my child's shoes were left in the hotel lobby. However, I only realized it after arriving home, which is three hours from the hotel. The shoes were not ordinary shoes, but therapeutic shoes prescribed by a doctor and my child must wear them. I contacted the hotel and fortunately the shoes were handed over by the guest who found them to the hotel staff. I am very grateful and impressed because the staff I contacted were very friendly. They even helped send the shoes to my house. While the package had not arrived, I asked several times and the staff still answered very friendly. I am very grateful and will never forget this kindness

The rooms are tidy, the amenities are complete, and the atmosphere feels like home. The staff is very helpful and communicative. I'll definitely return if I'm in Bukittinggi.
