Close to everywhere! Had a pleasant stay there for two nights. All front desk staff were welcoming and kind. Breakfast options were well prepared and of course delicious to my taste.

Felt welcomed the moment we arrived at the front desk. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The room was very spacious, there were plenty of amenities too. The only thing is that the bathroom smelled just a bit funky, but it was still clean as a whole 👍🏻 The location is right in the city centre too. Takes about 5 minutes to get to the famous Jam Gadang!!

I am very grateful to the staff at Royal Denai View. The story is that my child's shoes were left in the hotel lobby. However, I only realized it after arriving home, which is three hours from the hotel. The shoes were not ordinary shoes, but therapeutic shoes prescribed by a doctor and my child must wear them. I contacted the hotel and fortunately the shoes were handed over by the guest who found them to the hotel staff. I am very grateful and impressed because the staff I contacted were very friendly. They even helped send the shoes to my house. While the package had not arrived, I asked several times and the staff still answered very friendly. I am very grateful and will never forget this kindness

Hotel overbooked on our first day, but they replaced it with a hotel near their place. It's a new hotel and we were really satisfied with our stay. On the 2nd day, they upgraded our stay to a villa with 2 bedrooms. A fully furnished house that can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a smart TV, free hi-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment, gas hob & water dispenser with hot & cold drinking water. Overall, we had a good experience with Bamboosa & will come again one day.
