The staff are very polite and friendly, making guests feel warmly welcomed. The facilities provided are also complete—in each hallway there is a water heater and a choice of coffee, tea, and mineral water that can be enjoyed at any time. Interestingly, guests can also refill mineral water for free from the dispenser available in front of the room. One of the main attractions is the rooftop swimming pool, which offers a view of the city of Yogyakarta from a height—very pleasing to the eye, especially at sunset. The location is also very strategic, located on the main road with easy access to various popular places in the city, especially to the Tugu area and its surroundings thanks to the one-way route that leads directly to the city center.
