Complete kitchen equipment and all functions. The bathroom also has a water heater. The owner is also very friendly. The staff is helpful and super friendly. The check-in process is not complicated at all, the place is clean, complete amenities, very strategic because it is in front of JTP 2. Indomaret is also very close. There are many food vendors around the villa area. So far, it is very comfortable to stay there.

The family is very satisfied staying here, the location is okay, close to the mosque, tourist attractions and places to eat, the surrounding environment is also comfortable, many people sell food passing in front of the villa, cooking facilities in the kitchen are complete including cutlery, grill equipment is also ready, billiard table and swimming pool are also complete with floats, the pool water is clean and cold of course, the water heater in each bathroom works very well, less than 1 minute the water is hot, the condition of the bedroom even though it doesn't use a fan doesn't feel stuffy because the air is already cool, regarding the bathroom door that can't close tightly, we think it's not a problem, it's natural because wooden doors will definitely expand over time, we checked in exactly at 2 pm, there was a maid who had finished cleaning the villa, and we checked out exactly at 12 o'clock together with the maid who came to clean the villa again, 2 hours before we checked out there was the owner (Mrs. Yenny) who came while bringing us a box of cakes, thank you very much for the facilities and services at the chatarina villa, hopefully it will continue success.
