The restaurant staff, named Mba Mery, was very nice, friendly, and always smiling. I hope the other staff there are as friendly as Mba Mery. My family spent 11 days at the Aria Gajayana Hotel, a truly memorable vacation. And also, thank you to Mr. Bagas, the housekeeper who found my husband's bag when he left it in the pool. He was very kind and honest.

After entering the room, the receptionist called to inform me that my child's wallet had been found by another guest in the lobby during check-in. Thank God, everything was intact. Service excellence...

I recently stayed at a hotel that I found to be very convenient for my event. Its location was ideal, making it easy to access everything I needed for the occasion. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise—not cramped at all. Additionally, the amenities provided in the room were more than sufficient, ensuring that I had everything I needed for my stay. The bathroom amenities were also adequate, contributing to a comfortable experience overall.

This is our third year-end vacation in Malang in a row, and we always stay at the Alimar Hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable, perfect for our family with small children. The hotel is also close to Pasar Besar and other shopping areas, and it's not too far to the Kajoetangan tourist area. The service and staff are also friendly, even when it's crowded. Take the superior king type, it has a balcony, it's a pleasure to stay here because the location is very strategic. Just leave the hotel and go straight to the Kayutangan Heritage area.
