Highly recommended especially if you invite your extended family, the nuance is very natural, comfortable and cool, enjoying time with your family here is the right choice a large yard, there is a waterpark, children's and adult swimming pools, a complete package here hopefully I can come here with my extended family again

A new experience in a historic building. Clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The AC and hot water facilities function well. The service is excellent.

I've never regretted staying here, and I'm a regular when I visit Malang. The spacious rooms have an in-room playground and private pool, making it a real treat for all the kids.

Nice experience, ample parking even though many people stayed on long weekends, friendly receptionists, comfortable rooms, good views from the rooms, can be city view or mountain view, hopefully the service can be maintained

The hotel is kids-friendly, the kids love it and the parents love it too... You don't have to go anywhere, just being at the hotel is enough to make you happy. So far, the food is also good. I had a really great time at the Grand Mercure Hotel. If I were to rate it 10 out of 10, I'd give it a 10. It's top notch.

The location is truly strategic. Close to everything and right in the heart of town. If you want to explore the Kayutangan area, this is the perfect place. The rooms are spacious with balconies. Smoking is not allowed in all rooms, but smoking is allowed on the balcony as long as the door is securely closed. Thank you for the excellent service.

The hotel staff were all friendly, always greeting everyone whenever they met. The rooms were clean and spacious. I had a room with a perfect mountain view. A one-day stay felt inadequate.

Had an issue with my AC in the room, but the staff offered a room change, and it was a quick response. Very professional.
