A very kids friendly hotel, my kids really like it because it has such a big swimming pool, the room is perfect for a family with 2 kids like me because it has 2 big beds, complete facilities, a good water heater, and a dispenser for refilling drinking water in the hallway, the breakfast is all delicious and very satisfying to eat, next time I go to Batu I have to stay here again because it is that satisfying.

Here's our experience during our stay at the Kontena Hotel. Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly staff. Check-in was quick, so we didn't have to wait long to get to our room. The hotel's ambiance is pleasant, cool, Japanese-inspired, and clean. The room size and amenities are commensurate with the price. While Kontena is on the cheaper side compared to other hotels, we've found it offers a wide range of amenities. Among them is a kids-friendly swimming pool and a fun playground.

Stayed here during Ramadan, and the breakfast package could be exchanged for a pre-dawn meal delivered to your room. Each floor has a balcony with a direct view of the mountains/hills. The rooms are spacious with hair dryers and beautiful views. The hot water is safe and the cleanliness is excellent. Upon entering the elevator, you'll immediately be greeted with a pleasant fragrance. Plus, there's free Wi-Fi with a good connection. I'll stay here again next time. Thank you☺️🙏

The staff are very friendly and helped make check-in easier. I arrived early but was helped easily. Breakfast was delicious with a wide menu. The cafe for dinner and chilling was also very satisfying and had live music. It's also kid-friendly. The city view at night is really nice. Easy access to everywhere.
