The staff was friendly. The hotel rooms were clean, large, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was sufficient for a family. The swimming pool was clean, fresh, and had a beautiful view. Highly recommended.

One of the really cool hotels in Batu City, the facilities are complete and it's really fun for kids because there are lots of games and a swimming pool with warm water, the rooms are luxurious and the views are really beautiful, thank you Golden Tulip Holland Hotel
