Its location is also very strategic, especially for those with activities around the Brawijaya University campus, as it's very close. This is my umpteenth time staying at Rayz UMM, and I've always received excellent service. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and the food is delicious. It's simply fantastic.

When you're tired of traveling long distances, a short check-in time is very helpful. Plus the kitchen staff's willingness to serve in the restaurant even though orders were already closed. Amazing, so we didn't have to bother going out to find dinner. Gallons of water are also provided in the lobby to refill as desired. The hot water in the bathroom is strong and functions well. The AC is also cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Most of the people staying are families, so it feels comfortable. A smoking area is provided in the garden in front of the room.

My first stay at this hotel was amazing. The service was top-notch, the rooms were clean, the AC was cool, and there was Netflix. The staff were all friendly, and the food was delicious.

Surprisingly the rooms are really good, spacious and quite aesthetic, beyond my expectations because the price is really affordable. The amenities turned out to be really wow, got an electric cable, electric kettle, soap, shampoo, toothbrush + toothpaste, towel, coffee (nescafe), tea (tong tji), sugar (gulaku). The TV is also a smart TV so you can watch Netflix and others. The point is, this room is really worth the prize, no complaints ✨ in the lobby they also sell pop noodles and some soft drinks if you're too lazy to go out or forget to buy them

This hotel is located close to Brawijaya University. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is very friendly. The next time I take my kids to UB, I'll stay at this hotel again. Thank you.

My first time staying here, but I was really satisfied. The room was super clean, with complete amenities, and a wardrobe. The bathroom was also well-maintained, with hot water running smoothly👍. The front desk is on standby 24/7 and very friendly. Highly recommended, especially for those looking for a guest house near UM. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Perfect place to stay with your husband/wife, quiet and safe. The staff and security quickly helped us when in need. We also came in the middle of the night and they secured our motorbike with a chain so it’s pretty safe. Room service was decent, it was pleasant.

Spacious & clean room, complete in-room facilities, overall feels comfortable. Intentionally stayed at UB Guest House and it proved to be easy for us to attend our child's graduation at the Samantha Krida building. We also took the time to take a morning walk and Beam in the afternoon around the modern, beautiful and green UB campus. A very pleasant and satisfying experience to be able to enjoy UB Guest House on the UB campus, of course will come back again later.
