The location is strategic, not too far from tourist attractions. The staff are friendly, and the cleanliness is also okay. I went out for a day, and when I came home, the room was really neat, apparently the staff had tidied it up. The room is spacious, the bathroom is clean. The vibes are not scary at all even though I was alone, in fact, it was really cozy, making me feel at home all day in the room. Every time I left the hotel, the security guard was always ready to help me cross the street, haha. Anyway, if I go to Bali again, I want to stay here again. This is my second stay at Amaris Teuku Umar. I brought my husband and two children with me. We were delighted with the friendliness of all the staff, which remained the same as last year.
