Clean, comfortable and tidy. Very good for transit hotel.

Near from airport. So pretty in the night show of the bridge.

No qiblat sign in the room for muslim, but ever all was good. 👍🏻

It’s so close to bus station, easy to reach. A very helpful and kind staff (i just met one). Not expect too much for the room, so it was okay :)

The room was old and not properly maintained for the rate we arecan paying. The tap water was not properly maintain and water trickling into the sink. Could not sleep on first nite because of the noise from the bus terminal across the road. However we received friendly assistance and they changed our room for 2nd nite. However I found out the water heater ELCB was not functioning at all when I tested it. Someone can get electrocution if there a electrical leak while taking a shower.

I hope the hotel can improve their cleanliness.

Bed and pillow mostly have stain. Hair dryer located right beside water heater, oh my God. Window is spoiled and can't lock. Very noisy in the night because there are 2 pub cafe right downstairs. The only great is 3 mins walking distance to queensbay mall.

The suite was huge, very clean and most furnitures are new. Easily can fit up to 20 pax. The turn down is everywhere you can see banner or poster saying that homestay are not allowed, residents say no to homestay and many more. Even at the lift entrance also stated 'for residents only. U expect us to take stairs to the 13th floor with all the luggage or what? All the security guards and some residents will stare at you like you are thieves or bad people. I have my kids and nieces to swim at the pool and the security guard come and ask us to keep silent. U think kids below 10 can shut their mouth while have fun in the pool? This is not library smh. My point is, if the property not allowed for homestay or BnB, please don't do so. We feel like cheated when we experienced all of these. Zero star from me.
