I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was simple but varied, the Wi-Fi was fast, the room was clean, and the service was friendly and helpful. Upon check-out at 5 a.m., we were given a breakfast sandwich, a boiled egg, a steamed sponge cake, an orange, and a small bottle of water. Thank you. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Penang.

We are very happy to stay at this hotel, especially with the toddler. The Deluxe Suite is perfect for our family, especially the complimentary extra bed. Never expected that and we were very happy with that! The front desk staff are very friendly. Room staffs are very helpful and nice. The location is perfect as well for toddlers because in front of the hotel there is a new playground, the Gurney Park. Very recommended for the family to stay in Penang.

The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to several major hospitals in Penang. Shopping malls and dining options are also nearby. There's a 24-hour convenience store and a pharmacy next door. There's a restaurant across the street. If I return to Penang, I'll definitely stay here again.
