The hotel is located opposite two shopping malls, has laundry facilities, and the staff is very friendly and professional. The attention to detail is especially impressive. I would definitely stay at Jazz Hotel again if I return to Penang.

Lovely and beautiful place to stay, actually for staycation! Breathtaking view from my room and also the hotel has its own access to the beach. Their amenities are very desirable, they have an infinity pool and also a gym. The staff are also helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here again next trip. Very warm and welcome.

It was a very GREAT experience to stay here. There are very helpful receptionists, 24-hour security guard, there is a convenient store down the apt, very near to Gurney Plaza, Gurney Bay, Gurney Paragon Mall. The room is clean and has complete facilities that we can use during our stay, such as washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing, microwave, oven, refrigerator, water heater. I was staying on the 25th floor and the view from up there was really jaw dropping… I recommend this apt for you guys ❤️.

It's such wonderful memories staying here. The architecture is like being in Bali. The room is spacious and the sea view made us calm down a bit.
