Hotels in Tanjung Bungah

I booked for 2 nights to have this occasion of parent's medication in Penang. Truly I had my first night shock when the enter this property. There was lizard greeted us, the bed sheet smelly and there's a cockroach crawling out from the blanket. Kitchen work well. Bathroom curtain oh my God dirty. The finale is we can't sleep whole night cause the air con damage and noisy like a mixer running all night. The room is spacious and the view awesome. The customer service cannot refund the money but they changed into another room at higher level but don't expect too much the pillow also smell like 🤢. The stove didn't work. I had bad experience and better move to another hotel next time to stay in Penang. Overall need renovation and luckily this apartment is near to food area and walking distance.
