We are very happy to stay at this hotel, especially with the toddler. The Deluxe Suite is perfect for our family, especially the complimentary extra bed. Never expected that and we were very happy with that! The front desk staff are very friendly. Room staffs are very helpful and nice. The location is perfect as well for toddlers because in front of the hotel there is a new playground, the Gurney Park. Very recommended for the family to stay in Penang.

Great view from any corner room, whether left or right. The staff from top to bottom are very friendly and kind. Although the breakfast is vegetarian, it is very delicious and varied. Strategic location, to Adventist Hospital is very close, just across the street. To the famous Welling drug store is also very close, a 5-minute walk. There is also a Catholic church before the Welling store. And if you want to eat Ay Hai Nam, the famous Sim Nan Huat is also close, a 5-minute walk. Overall, highly recommended. If you want KFC, there is also a mini mart next to the hotel.

Strategic location at Gurney Drive with shopping and food nearby. Excellent location for morning and evening walks along the nostalgic Gurney Drive. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I was given an upgrade to Room 102 with frontal seaview and really amazing to get up every morning with a view of the sea during my 5 days 4 nights stay. Will definitely choose this hotel (Room 102) in my next 8 days 7 night trip.

This apartment provided a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing a late check out. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and boasted spacious rooms. We stayed at the Comfortable Studio. We were very grateful to the owner for allowing us to check in early because we landed before 3 pm in Penang. The owner was kind and responsive. The unit also matched the photos shown on the Traveloka app. We enjoyed our stay here and felt comfortable. The location is very strategic, right next to Gleneagles Hospital Penang and there is a Wellings pharmacy, supermarket, and Starbucks. It is also close to other hospitals in Penang, such as Penang Adventist Hospital.
