They never change the bed sheets. My bed sheets got unwiped spot marks, that's why I knew they never changed it

Last minute booked this hotel. Thought a Junior Suite is a steal with almost S$100. Regret without checking reviews. It is really bad. Worst than a one-star hotel. 1) At reception, I stood there while the reception saw me waiting with baggage. But when my turn reach, he told me to go cashier to check-in :-) Then, the cashier doesn't reply me when I asked her twice. The third time, she gave me a nonchalant face, saying, please wait. I waited patiently all this time with a blank face. The place does seems to have a lot of people at the lift, but all are going for the restaurant, sharing the same 3 lifts with the guests room. 2) The lifts are not secure. Anyone can go up to your door, without key card access for the lifts. 3) Earlier I have to climb a floor from car park up - there wasn't a clear signage on where hotel guests takes lift. Rather the sign that says park your car at your own risk is very prominent. I carried my baggage a floor up to the ground, and another floor up from the main entrance to reach the check-in. Yes, main entrance needs to climb a floor up or down. Very inconvenient for most of the people. During check-out I followed an instruction to go to the back of house to take the service lift to reach car park. But waited for 3 minutes and the waiter saw me and told me that it is easier to just walk down the service stairs to the carpark as the wait will be long. 2) Really dirty room when I entered the Junior Suite - saw that the bedside floor have used handy plus wrapper of the previous stayer. Did the cleaner missed that obviously big handy plus? 3) Tap area to brush teeth was really dirty with black molds and the water does not goes down the sink - stuck all night. I brushed my teeth using bottled water to avoid problem. 4) The bath tub is really dirty with black molds and someone's shit on the wall. 5) The toilet seat and area is so dirty and I can't bring my butt to sit on it. 6) The room air upon entry has a after smell that I need to air it with fleshers. 7) The some table/cabinet tops looks "oily" stained. Not sure what's that?

I checked in at midnight, greeted by a very friendly CS. Booked a family room room and was given a room on the 11th floor where the room is suitable for 4 adults, quite spacious, clean and comfortable, only the air conditioner is a little noisy. Room slippers by request and a toothbrush must also be requested. Overall it's good, the shower is good, the water is big, the room is cleaned every day, towels are changed. Ok fine.

Check in check out lancar, ada tax 13 RM/malam, lokasi strategis dekat Gurney Plaza 10 menit jalan kaki, ke Bandara bisa naik Bus 102 harga 3.4 RM 1 jam 15 menit, dekat RS Adventist lokasi di depan hotel, kondisi hotel tua, sesuai dengan harga, bersih, masih worth it harga segitu, cari makan banyak pilihan, sebelah hotel KFC, masakan Indonesia, nasi lemak dan ada 7 Eleven, tapi suara berisik ketika menyalakan air di kamar mandi, kolam renang kecil, hanya bisa untuk anak-anak
