Recepsionist easily gets upset. Not friendly, so be careful.

Cozy but no toiletries. Room a little small.

Fast service of check-in/out, professional staff at front desk. Computers are available for express check-in/out. Room is spacious and clean, comfy bed. Quick delivery of room service with good food.

Very good location. Very near to metro station. They upgrade my room & it absolutely great. Two thumbs up 👍

Someone broke my car window and took my luggage with almost all of my stuff inside the Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam parking area, and the general manager just said “nothing we can do” and suggested for me to make a report to the nearest police station. Very bad experience.

so far it's a good one for spend the night while you are in the Netherlands

Nice quiet room, clean and reasonable size.

It's near van Gogh museum, close to bus / train halter and have morning Market on the left side every day. You will love this place.

All is great. Location near the tram station and you can find easily halal food near the hotel. The machine coffee at the room was great. Absolutely will come back someday if going back to Amsterdam!
