Stayed as family of 4 with children aged 4 and 7. They loved it - the colourful, friendly vibe, the table tennis and Pepper the elusive cat. Room was fine, two large beds. Bathroom was other side of corridor (but was private for us) which was fine. A cross between a hotel and a hostel, but in a good way!

Bad first impression. We arrived before check-in, which was fine, but the hotel could not store our bags because the luggage room was full and gave no useful alternative. The public bathroom also had no toilet paper in either toilet. When we came back later, reception was empty and we had to wait 25 minutes for anyone to show up while a frustrated queue formed. The room itself was clean and reasonably large, but very basic, with limited amenities. The bathroom was extremely small, and the graffiti-style decor may not be to everyone’s taste.

All good to be honest since at the check in at reception, he was nice Somalian guy who was very nice,polite and professional and very warm welcoming, I’m sorry that I could not get his name but I still feel very grateful for his kindness and warm welcoming. Thanks again for him and the good service.
