When I checked in at the reception, the staff asked me to present the payment invoice to Traveloka. After viewing, the staff did not accept and asked to pay the amount of 10.75€ via account due to the exchange rate difference. I booked a hotel room for 1 person/1 room on the Traveloka app, but the staff only arranged a bed and shared the hostel room (as shown in the photo). Because it was late, I had to accept the stay, but I asked Traveloka to review and handle the dishonesty when posting products and services and the hotel's way of working for guests using apps outside the EU. Request Trevaloka to ensure customers' rights. Regards

So in this hotel, the toilet is outside the room, although the toilet has a special privacy with each room number, but it is still outside the room door and has to go through public roads to go to the toilet.

Complete facilities, there is a mini fridge, electric kettle, microwave. Pretty good for simple food or cooking. There is also a washing machine that can be shared, free of charge. the location is pretty good, it can't be said near or far too, just unfortunately there is no air conditioning, only a fan is provided.

Pros: safe area, calm area, nice receptionist, helpful staff, comfortable bed, near Sloterdijk station, near bus halte, spacious room, complete amenities, clean room. Cons: hard to find nearest supermarket so make sure we buy everything before check in.

The staff is polite and quite helpful. The room size was big but in a very strange and colorful design, they have a very small bathroom where they actually can make it bigger because they have more space but don't know they make it the bathroom that small. It doesn't have a window and the corridor was a bit messy. But they give two bottles of beer as a compliment, but no water bottle in the following day of our stay. On daily cleaning, they only clean the bathroom part and even they didn't clean our room on in 1 day. The Sprinter (train) station location is a bit far from the hotel that takes 7-10 minutes.

My issue only there is no window in my room. Except that is perfect, the bed, the theme of the room, microwave is provided, huge room, the staff is good. The location around 600 m from Sloterdijk Station, if you want the nearest one, you'll found another 2 hotel beside of station. They provides bike for rent and free bike tour on 11 AM everyday.

The hotel was really fun, the staff there really beat the 5-star hotel, the staff were really friendly, the welcome drink could ask for a beer or cola, the rooms were really good, there was a dining table, there was a microwave, fun. Only 1 drawback is the bathroom outside. But even though everyone has a private bathroom outside, it's fun new experiences.

Delicious hotel. Spacious room. Early in the morning I edited lungga, he gave me a free breakfast from the receptionist. Very recommended. If the road from the sloterdijk station is pretty peglel carry a big suitcase in cold weather. But overall it's worth enough.

Looks from the outside of this hotel is not interesting, but as long as I am in Europe, I am most satisfied with this hotel because the facilities are very complete. There is a fridge, oven, mineral water, tea, coffee and room cleanliness is very okay.
