We stayed there for six nights. The room is reasonably clean and most things worked. However, the room was not cleaned after the first night. There was no button panel at the room where we could ask to clean the room. It was ok for two days. Then the rubbish bin became full and the floor a bit dusty. On the forth evening, I approached the front desk around 9pm and asked our room be cleaned the next day. The person at the front desk took down our room number and confirmed they will get our room cleaned the next day. The next day, we went out from 8:30 am for the whole day, returned around 8:15 pm in the evening. We found that our room was not cleaned. We went to the front desk and asked about it. The person at the front desk didn’t apologise at all and turned to us to say that we should have asked the front desk in the morning. It was an irresponsible and unacceptable response and there was not any apologetic sense. Rather, we were blamed for not asking again despite we were confirmed they will arrange cleaning and we were not asked to remind the front desk in the morning.

根本不能稱為飯店，照片和實際是100和0的表現！三盞床頭燈，壞掉兩盞，沙發椅跛腳又發霉！隔音極差，附近還有很多飯店可以選擇，千萬不要選擇他們。

接待服務人員棒 但衛浴設備不在一起 有點不方便

離車站近.交通方便,房間夠大,唯一缺點就是附近吃的比較少,只有幾間超商

靠近NS國鐵，交通方便，洗衣便宜，房間寬敞

沒有空調、牙刷、拖鞋，浴室有蟲子，前房客留下的垃圾沒有清掉，但反應給員工他們馬上就處理了

離火車站很近，大概每五分鐘都有一班車到阿姆斯特丹中央車站，離機場也只要十分鐘車程，地點清幽很安靜，房間也很大，服務人員態度也不錯，推薦大家。

Accueil très convivial personnel très gentil On a adoré la décoration tout était parfait L hôtel est très bien situé et très facile d accès par les transports en commun Et le chat génial!!!

Está bien ubicado cerca de estación tren y tranvía, esta pensado para gente que va acompañada con amigos, son camas individuales. Todo estuvo excepto la televisión no funcionaba.

It looks like a hostel but a clean one and staff is really cool and parking is easy.

The hotel is very close to Amsterdam, with transport publics at 10min walk. The area is very safe. Parking is free and the staff is very arranging. I recommend it

Zimmer war angenehmen und sauber . Habe mich wohlgefühlt. Eine kleine Küche war sehr angenehm um eine Kleinigkeit zu kochen. Mikrowelle inkl. Das einzige war die Türe ging zwar zum zusperren aber es war trotzdem ein Spalt auf der Seite offen. Es zog seitlich rein . Da die zentrale Klimaanlage ständig gelaufen ist , war es im Zimmer ständig kalt. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich . Ansonst war ich zufrieden.
