Very nice hotel close to masjid, very nice staff... Cleanliness of the bathroom and bed are good, new towels when it needed. Wonderful, hopefully can visit and stay in this hotel again

Front desk staff need to improve to serve customers. The housekeepers on my level were super helpful and friendly. They were willing to help me whenever I have issues.

Really dissapointed with this hotel, bad service, bad room, bad key/access to the room, its not 4/5 star hotel, but 1 star hotel. Will never stay here again. Highly not recommended.

The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the gates of Masjid an-Nabawi, which made it incredibly convenient for prayers. The staff were warm, respectful, and very attentive to every detail. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for rest and reflection. The breakfast buffet was generous with a variety of delicious options, both local and international. I especially appreciated the calm and respectful ambiance throughout the hotel. It really helped enhance the spiritual experience during my visit. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.
