Hotels right in the old town, I just need a few steps to Dong Xuan Market, Hang Ngang Night Market Hang Dao. New room, clean. I was delayed, so I checked in at 2am but the reception was extremely helpful and polite. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, noting that those 4 and 5 receptionists were all friendly, fun, enthusiastic. Certainly this will be a familiar hotel when I return to Hanoi. Thank the hotel very much.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the service was excellent, and the rooms were superb.

I stayed here for 10 days, and it was very impressive. The receptionist can speak English. The superior rooms are quite spacious, the location is close to historical places. Close to the mosque, there are also several halal restaurants around. Overall, very good for Muslim travelers. And there is an elevator too.

The hotel is strategically located in the old quarter surrounded by lots of food stalls and shops. The highlight is actually the hotel staff, they are super helpful and friendly. They make you feel at home and not to mention the amazing hot breakfast they make every morning - the pho they cook, is amazing! Will come back here again for sure.

The hotel is clean, supports early check-in and late checkout. I came during Tet holiday and got gifts to bring back. Although it is located on the outskirts of the old town, it only takes 2 minutes by motorbike to get to the center of the old town.
