The hotel was really clean and comfortable. Everything was spotless, from the room and bedsheets to the blankets, towels, and even the doormat. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. You can rent a motorbike directly from the hotel for 200,000 VND a day, which was really convenient for exploring Hanoi. The location is great too, with lots of places nearby. Definitely recommend staying here!

A cozy boutique hotel situated off the main road. Very friendly staff with good spoken English. Rooms with attached bathrooms are modern, with a touch of old charm. Buffet breakfasts served are adequate for starting the day with hot noodles, assorted bread rolls, coffee, tea, fresh fruits, and 2 warm dishes. Selections are changed daily. The hotel is surrounded by cheap and safe street eats such as beef salad/noodles, dumplings, banh mi, banana-sweet potato fritters, and BBQ meat/sausage in a baguette. Fine kerb side dining. The main Hanoi cathedral, St. Joseph, is within walking distance. All the trade streets, e.g., for shoes, sports gear, fashion, toys in the old quarter, are in the vicinity. Excellent location for exploring old Hanoi. Thank you to Gracie and Julia for making our stay as comfortable as home.

The room is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with very new and modern amenities. Right in the old town so it's very comfortable to go out and have fun. The staff are super enthusiastic and cute, all young people so the style is modern and very agile, I'm very satisfied with the reception of my hotel. Check in and get a super delicious welcome drink with dried apricots, check out and get a gift from the staff, so affectionate that I can't bear to leave! One thing for sure, when I come back to Hanoi, I will stay at this hotel again!

The location is very strategic, so it's easy to go anywhere. The place is clean, there is also a laundry if you need to wash clothes. There is a cafe selling sandwiches, coffee, beer, and others, quite nice. Most importantly, there are lockers to store your stuff so you don't have to worry, and the AC is really cold, perfect for resting after a tiring day of walking. Recommended for those looking for a simple but complete place!

Receptionists Hien and Dat are very enthusiastic. All other staff have very attentive service attitude.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Thai helped us to book the bus to Sapa from the web. He also helped us to get the online taxi. The food tastes good, we enjoyed the Pho Ga prepared by the kitchen staff.
