This team uses 2 adults/2 adults + 1 child/2 adults + 2 children to calculate the standard of sharing a room (children do not occupy a bed). If the number of team members exceeds the above room standards, the excess odd number of guests and single-registered guests will be required to pay the Single room surcharge.
The tour price does not include service fees (including local tour guides, tour bus drivers and travel agency staff). Each guest is required to pay a service fee of HKD130/person/day (HKD1,040/person for 8 days). The price is the same for all ages. The fee will be collected by contacting the guest via Whatsapp text message within one working day after the order is confirmed.
The team does not include travel insurance. Guests are required to purchase personal travel insurance when registering. If guests bring their own personal full-year travel insurance, they can be exempted. If the guest does not purchase personal travel insurance through our company but requires our company to issue relevant insurance certificate, a handling fee of HK$50 per person will be charged.
All fees must be paid in full before departure to guarantee your place.
Meeting place and time: The company will send guests a text message 2 days before departure: including departure date + meeting time + meeting place + tour guide name + contact information.
Reference flights: Hong Kong-Hailar: HX463 12:15-16:55; Hailar-Hong Kong: HX462 17:55-23:00
Baggage restrictions: 1 piece of carry-on baggage 7KG/person, the specifications are subject to the transportation service provider. The number and weight of checked luggage depends on the transportation service provider. If the luggage is overweight, the cost will be borne by the customer.
Tour instructions: The tour leader will send the tour instructions to the guests 3 days before the tour.
Please bring a valid passport/home visit permit when registering
