Great day out for the kids. Most of the staff could speak English, so no issues there. Be aware that the toddler ticket is limited to just the play area, so it's best to buy them a child ticket if you want them to be involved in the activities like firefighting, noodle making, etc.

The staff was friendly, and we received towels and a locker key. Arriving on a Tuesday morning at 10 a.m., it was very quiet. The adult pool is 1.5 meters deep, and there's also a smaller children's pool. The showers are clean, and there's a sauna. It's definitely worth it.

Staff-nya ramah, dapat handuk dan kunci untuk loker. Datang hari Selasa pagi jam 10 sepi banget. Kolam renang dewasa kedalaman 1,5 m, ada kolam untuk anak-anak juga tapi lebih kecil kolamnya. Shower room-nya juga bersih dan ada fasilitas sauna juga. Worth it banget.

I always buy tickets through the app because it's cheaper than at the counter. Ticket exchange is fast and the service is excellent. Plus, there's now a paid face painting service because my kids love face painting, and of course, there are still fun games for kids.

Selalu beli tiket di app karena lebih murah daripada di counter. Penukaran tiket cepat, pelayanan memuaskan. Dan juga sekarang ada fasilitas layanan face painting (berbayar) karena anakku suka sekali face painting dan tentunya tetap ada game2 seru untuk anak-anak.
