klo pelayanan bagus,memuaskan,ramah,cepat,membantu...cuma saya kecewa di pemesanan lewat traveloka nya yg membingungkan,saya jd bayar 2 kali,..150 dan 250 dengan bahasa yg gampang di mengerti hrsnya jd org gak salah dlm memilih,..merugikan😡😡

The clinic is hot, there is only a fan, the process of redeeming the voucher is fast, the service is fast too, only the place is hot because Bengkulu is also the weather is hot, maybe yes

the service is good, only waiting 20 minutes for the results of the swab test to come out. it's just that maybe not only me at the same time at the clinic there were also traveloka users who mistakenly clicked between the swab and rapid tests. as a result money cannot be refunded. In the initial display, in the special application for this pharmacy clinic, a different price has been shown so you don't click wrong. therefore I had to pay back 250k for the antigen test swab.

it turns out that cooperation with Traveloka rapid antibody while for flight must be rapid antigen. finally I paid 2x. in traveloka there is no clarity and cannot be refunded so it is very disadvantageous. please fix traveloka service so it doesn't disappoint. the service at the pharmacy chemistry clinic is very good. the process of checking the plug in the nose does not hurt. only plugged in 1 nostril. check price 150rb rapid antibody. the price of 250 thousand rapid antigen.
