Asamadake Kongoshoji Temple
This temple has been protecting the demon gate of Ise Jingu since ancient times, and is also known as the inner sanctuary of Ise Jingu. People who came to Ise Jingu used to pay visit to the temple first, as sung in the Ise Ondo folk song, "If you go to Ise, you must visit Asama If you do not visit Asama, your pilgrimage ends halfway."
Lover's Paradise "Heavenly Mailbox"
This is an active mailbox on the highest peak in Ise-Shima. It is a popular place among those who wish to express their inner thoughts and feelings to their loved ones and a lot of people send mail here. Unique postcards and stamps are available at the summit store; why not send a postcard from this mailbox?
Panoramic Footbath
Enjoy the view of Ise Bay leisurely below while soaking your feet in the footbath. This may be the most distant footbath from which you can see Mt. Fuji.
