The World Cultural Heritage Kyoto Daigoji Temple
Explore the World Heritage Daigoji Temple nestled in Daigo Mountain, Kyoto. Spanning 2 million square meters and divided into three areas—Kami-Daigo, Shimo-Daigo, and Sanboin, boasting over 100 pagodas. Many of its buildings and art collections are designated as National Treasures of Japan. In spring, the temple is adorned with approximately 700 weeping cherry trees, some-Yoshino cherry trees, Taiwan cherry trees, and double cherry trees, creating a breathtaking spectacle. The cherry blossom viewing party hosted by Toyotomi Hideyoshi at Daigoji Sanboin's foothill during the 3rd year of the Keicho era solidified its status as a renowned cherry blossom destination in history.

Miho Museum
Experience Miho, a masterpiece crafted by architect I.M. Pei and Japanese architects. Inspired by the ethereal utopia depicted in "Taohua Yuan Ji (The Peach Blossom Spring)". The journey begins with a walk through a path lined with weeping cherry trees, leading to the museum building after passing through a tunnel and suspension bridge from the reception pavilion. Decades-old cherry trees surrounding the museum are seamlessly integrated into the structure. Note: Closed every Monday. This is a recommended itinerary, and please bear your own expenses. Admission fee: JPY1,100.

World Cultural Heritage Byodoin Temple
Discover Byodoin Temple, representing the Chisen-shuyu style temple garden of the Heian period and designated as a world cultural heritage site. At its heart lies the "Phoenix Hall," housing the revered seated statue of Amida Buddha, a national treasure. Notably, the iconic Phoenix Hall adorns the 10 Japanese yen coin and the phoenix statue atop the 10,000 Japanese yen bill echoes the one gracing the roof of the Phoenix Hall.
