The first time I experienced it, I realized that Saigon is really beautiful. Hopefully in the near future, the unfinished high-rise buildings will be quickly completed, to light up the bright lights, contributing to the overall beautiful picture of the City named after Uncle Ho.

I mistakenly bought 2 tickets instead of 3. There is no return or exchange support, which is not very suitable. Because I bought it with money, not with a voucher or anything.

I booked 5 bus tickets for my family on April 29, 2025 on the app. When I went to the ticket exchange station, the company informed me that due to traffic jams and road closures, the bus was not running. The company told me to contact Traveloka for a refund. When I contacted them, they texted that the ticket was not refundable. If the customer's fault was that I was late or did not go, I would accept losing this money. But this was not my family's fault, so why should my family lose the ticket money when I could not use the service?
I request that this money be refunded to my family from the company.
I hope my feedback will be processed.

Bought tickets on the 28th but due to road closure the trip was delayed until the 29th. The bus company asked to leave early at 4am, but at that time there were two people who had not gone to work yet and could not go due to force majeure. So in reality there were only 6 people on the bus.
