Great service In an ok area as easy to access public transport or walk. Very close to shopping mall. Well set up kitchen and had clothes washer and dryer area The internet as was really slow. Room was clean. There was no view in our room as surrounded by office buildings but that was ok as we didn't spend much time in it Absolutely would stay here again

the best points were location the size of the apartment and the cleanliness. Would stay again.

Room clean and great location

I like that it was within walking distance to Darling Haurbour and most must see places. Coles just opposite, great for emergencies.

For an 'Executive' room, it was pretty small and shabby. The photographs on the website were deceptive, indicating a modern spacious environment, smart gym and attractive pool - they were not. Nor did it have power for the hairdryer in the bathroom. Much worse was the wifi, which was truly terrible. When I asked, I was told it was down to the time of day - which means it's a known issue and not addressed - but this was rather undermined when I'd wake up at 5am and the wifi was still poor and remained so at all hours. Would not stay again under any circumstances.

Arrived to be told they would hold a bond of $200 for 5-10 days which is most unacceptable. No help whatsoever from reception and we had to wait 30 minutes while the staff behind the desk were working between 2 properties and the desk was unmanned. I would not recommend this property at all. The room had not been cleaned properly and when leaving the next morning the reception just took the key without any words whatsoever, just SO RUDE. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTIES!!

First room had a strong cigrette smell, asked to change rooms (took 45 minutes), second room was fine. Shower had a leak throught the bathroom which ended up around the toilet.

Really nice, lots of room and very clean. The facilities were good.

Clean and well location with no frills

Rooms had not been cleaned, overflowing rubbish bin, empty bottles, no towels and when new ones delivered only 4 for 6 people!, verandah doors left open, cigarette smell on entry to floor level, trundle beds were in a shocking state - DO NOT STAY - parking cost excessive

Room actually felt larger than what was displayed in the online photos. It was great to have a private balcony.. The location was great and within walking distance from everything. It was also a lot quieter than other places I have stayed in the Sydney CBD, I did not hear any traffic or other guests even though they were at capacity. Couple of small issues

Great location and great layout for families. We are a group of 4. When we got there, we were very happy to find two separate 2-brm apartments joined by the front entrance door and corridor. It offered the privacy and the space while still conviniently right next to each other for our group.

This property is located in one of the most convenient locations in Sydney! Right in the heart of Haymarket, opposite World Square shopping centre this hotel offers a lot but a few key problems let it down. Of the two towels in our room one was stained. There was also a small stain on our bed sheets. The microwave was also not clean. Apart from those negatives the room was spacious, kitchen was clean and functional and the bed was very comfortable. From a value point of view i was very happy. I didn't find the staff overly friendly but checked us in ok and helped store our bags at the end of the stay without a fuss.

APX is a solid hotel, large rooms. Fulll kit jen, washing machine dryer. Central to so many shops, 2 minutes from Coles supermarket, easy to uber around. Its my future go to.
