The check in is quick. This is apartment with kitchen facilities with oven, microwave, dish washing machine, washing machine, dryer. Believe majority facilities exists. Just missing chopping board that requires to ask for that. The cookery pan is marble type ie not telfone, and has a lot scratched marks. Bathroom is most concerned. Toilet seat has no cover that splashing toilet cleasing water as well as the germ. Seeing a small cockroach running around. Wifi is occassionally dropped without getting anyone to know the conditions.

So far so good, no early check in

Toilet tank made noice. some times same as alarm, don’t know what happened. Also staff don’t know too. At night 11pm, staff came to check. But do nothing, unbelievable. He said maintenance check on next morning. But not at night. Experience very very bad ! Did nothing.

1. Plenty of rubbish was found under the sofa. When asking for broom, I was told all cleaning supplies were brought away by housekeepers. So, the room was very dirty. 2. No face towel and body wash were supplied during the stay. 3. Most terrible and unacceptable is the security problem. Door can be opened with key from outside even it has been locked from inside. Doors of adjacent rooms can be unlocked by the same key.

The location is excellent. Easy access to buses, light rails, and metro train. Very close to shopping area and restaurants and the Cole Supermarket is right across the street. The room is pretty spacious. It has a kitchenette and in-room laundry and drying machines. The kitchen and laundry supplies and amenities were all there. The down side was that the bed wasn't very comfy. It was cheap bed and cheap mattresses. Sometimes you also heard noises like low humming -- couldn't tell if it was from the piping or from outside. Wasn't serious though - at least it didn't prevent me from falling asleep.

Location is great. However, nonsmoking room but still having smell of smoke. Water pressure of shower is low.

The apartment is well-equipped with appliances so very convenient for longer stay. It will be nice if there's local map for supermarket nearby or some brouchue for the city.

洗澡龙头是坏的，2天没洗澡

Really bad, no cleaning service, no towel change, no wake up service, not clean at the room. All this happen cause Expedia use the cheapest rate to book the room. How come can Expedia to do that. Really angry!!!

酒店位置算是不錯，但略為殘舊 距離museum station 5-10分鐘路程 酒店外的巷子很骯髒，晚上有點雜 另外也要小心車輛進出 酒店前枱只有一人，經常要等候職員 每次遇到的就是他在打電話或是在接待其他客人 在房間打電話給前枱也要等他們回覆電話 建議酒店增加前枱服務人員 前枱服務員的態度尚算友善！ 房間內設施較舊，但房間很寬敞，床很大 有洗衣機和乾衣機、冰箱、微波爐很不錯 廚房的廚具齊全只欠剪刀 房間內的飲料另外收費

位置方便，近市中心，去唐人街也只需行十分鐘，服務很好，每天也會致電問你有何地方要改善，wifi 速度可以

房間格局設計區分了很多空間，住起來活動空間感覺變小了；房間用的芳香味，對味道敏感的人可能會不舒服；櫃臺服務不耐煩

Location is good, near world square with spacious area. Daily cleaning is provided on the notification, however, the staff said it's limited housekeeping service for every 3 days. And it didn't refill any shower jels and towels etc at all. It was required to sign for AUD200 deposit on check-in, yet, the staffs went to the room without the permission and removed 2 bottles of the wines while we went out of the place. Staff mentioned the deposit is requested to refund few months later. Room card key didn't work sometime. It was bad security serviced apartment. Wifi was not stable, kept changing the passwords.

Very convenient location, clean and bigger room than expected in city centre with reasonable price. Cooking facilities are good enough. Only negative comment is they charged us Aud$3 per bottle water which we did not aware.

Good location near by supermarkets , shopping mall, train stations. And facilities in the room also wonderful.

The location is amazing, anything you need is just 5 or less minutes walk.Amentis is not bad. Recky, the front desk stuff is super friendly and professional.She is the top staff! Though the bathroom is not quite clean, but it is acceptable. Heater is directly flowing to the bed, it is warm at the beginning, but few hours, it is too warm.However, this is not so bad at all...if it is able to adjust the direction will be perfect.

地點非常的好！交通逛街都很好，小廚房也很實用喔！

完全不値這個價錢，這個價錢有更多更好的選擇，酒店和圖片有差，服務人員態度差，硬件有待改善，隔音超差，隔壁關門聲音一清二楚，
